One of today's top gun manufacturers, Smith & Wesson was established in 1852 by Horace Smith and Daniel B. Wesson, who sought to create a gun capable of firing a fully self-contained cartridge. For over a century the company has continued to make its mark in history by introducing the world to innovative ideas, designs, and manufacturing processes.
Today, Smith & Wesson remains an American company, with its headquarters located in Springfield, Massachusetts. The company holds steadfast to the principles and ideas of its founders, creating firearms with high-quality materials and superior production practices.
Smith & Wesson makes several dozen types of rifles for a variety of purposes, from plinksters to long-range target shooting and everything in between. Numerous models were designed for use by military and law enforcement, but are equally popular with civilians.

Just as the name indicates, the i-bolt is a bolt-action rifle made by Smith & Wesson. Designed for use in a variety of recreational, sport, and professional applications, the Smith & Wesson M&P10 is a versatile gas-operated, semi-automatic rifle. It is made with a T6 aluminum receiver, chrome firing pin, steel barrel and bolt, and a hard-coat black anodized finish for added strength and durability. The M&P10 is chambered in 308 Win (7.62x51) and 6.5 Creedmoor, features ambidextrous controls and is well-suited for hunting and home defense.
Designed with the needs of military and law enforcement in mind, the Smith & Wesson M&P15 is a gas-operated, AR-style, semi-auto rifle.
