Ruger made sure to have its new Super Wrangler convertible rimfire revolver on hand in Indianapolis last week. 

The company brought its expanded Wrangler line of single-action .22s to the NRA Annual Meeting in Indiana for attendees to meet. The new Super Wrangler installment has better target-style sights and a longer barrel than the standard Wrangler model, as well as the ability for the user to swap out cylinders to easily convert the wheel gun from .22 LR to .22 WMR. 
 

Ruger Super Wrangler
Whereas the standard .22 LR-only Wrangler has a 4.62-inch barrel and fixed sights, the new Super Wrangler ships with two different cylinders to allow either .22 LR or .22 Magnum. It also runs a 5.5-inch barrel and carries a large, serrated ramp front sight along with a windage and elevation adjustable target rear. (Photo: Guns.com)

The suggested retail on the new Ruger Super Wrangler .22 is $329 across all three colors. Of note, this is less than half the price of a Single Six convertible.
